Majestic proudly offers specialized safety accessories to fill the need of Wildland firefighters. The Wildland hood, shroud and bandana are constructed of the same inherently fire retardant materials as our PAC series hoods but are not compliant with current NFPA 1971-2013 standards nor intended for structural firefighting.
This all new Majestic hood was designed specifically with the needs of the wildland firefighter in mind. Available in 21" or 18" notched shoulder and 16" or 17" straight edge styles. Choose single or double ply construction, both with a FR knit face insert providing protection and added breathability. One size fits all. Care:
• Machine Wash Only Using Regular Detergent
• Water Temperature Not To Exceed 1300 F
• Do Not Use Chlorine Bleach Or Detergents Containing Chlorine
• Do Not Use Fabric Softeners Or Detergents Containing Fabric Softeners
• Do Not Wring Hood To Dry. Squeeze Hood To Remove Excess Water.
• Shape And Lay Flat In A Dry, Cool, Shaded Location To Dry.
• Or Tumble Dry, Low Heat.
• Do Not Commercially Dry Clean.
• Do Not Store Your Hood In Direct Sunlight.
